Thus, our fully vulcanized anti-ricochet ballistic rubber panels ensure the safety of your personnel and your equipment.
Our Anti-Ricochet Ballistic Knee Walls are vulcanized material. So, it is durable and long-lasting. Unlike a cold press or a polymer-bound material, this product has an increased durometer, similar to an automotive molded tire. As a result, it holds its shape indefinitely, eliminates backside “pop-outs,” does not deteriorate in direct sun exposure, and does not degrade by freeze and thaw cycles, which is ideal for outdoor use.
Our Anti-Ricochet Ballistic Knee Walls include the following unique features:
- Standard panel assemblies are 30-in. tall and 8-ft. long but available in any custom height or length.
- Available with ribbed acoustic texture.
- VULCAN™ 2-in. panels come in standard, Safety-Seam™, or Flip-Lok™.
- The AR500 backer stops bullets with a 3/8-in., 1/2-in., or 3/4-in. galvanized ballistic plate. We can assist in appropriate steel selection for various calibers
- ATS Targets’ industry-leading VULCAN™ panels possess long life and durability.
- Wall panels do not encapsulate the lead and therefore last much longer.
