Protecting your private information is important to us. This Privacy Policy governs data collection and usage of the products, services, software, and websites (collectively, “Services”) provided by Advanced Training Systems and any of our affiliates (collectively, “ATS”). By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy as well as our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of this Privacy Policy, then you should stop accessing the Services.
Collection of Personal Information
ATS may collect personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, physical address, or telephone number for internal use only. We will never sell any of your information. If you purchase our Services, we will collect and store your billing and shipping information. Credit card processing is handled through our credit card processor and never stored at ATS. ATS may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your Postal Code, agency type (Military, Law Enforcement, Security, etc.). At your request, ATS will make best efforts to remove any and all of your information from our storage systems. ATS is not is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites or ATS product re-sellers outside of the websites we operate.
ATS may maintain some contact and demographic information to ensure proper compliance to our Warranty policies and special offers that might be of specific interest to you. ATS may also contact you to participate in surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services or products that may be offered.
